- ¾ oz
- ½ oz
- 8 leavesMint, lightly pressed
- 4–6 dashes
Method
Swizzle
- Press the mint lightly in the bottom of the glass.
- Add rum, lime and syrup, fill with crushed ice and swizzle until the glass frosts.
- Top with more crushed ice, dash the bitters over the top and garnish with mint.
