Ingredients

  • 1 glassAs printed: “1 glass Jamaica Rum”
  • —
    Lemon juice, juice of half a lemon

    Roughly ½–¾ oz, depending on the fruit.

    As printed: “juice of half a lemon”
  • 1 tbspAs printed: “1 table-spoonful white sugar”
  • 2 wineglassesAs printed: “2 wine-glasses water”

Method

Build

  1. Dissolve the sugar in the water and lemon juice.
  2. Add the rum and stir with ice.
  3. Grate a little nutmeg over the top.
